Order preparation takes approximately 48 hours. For personalized jewelry, please allow 4–6 days for production before shipping. Delivery generally takes a further 5–8 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your package has been shipped.

Are the jewelry pieces resistant to water and oxidation?
Yes, Norelia stainless steel jewelry is resistant to water and oxidation. To preserve its shine for as long as possible, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with perfumes, detergents, and harsh substances.
Do I need a warranty certificate?
No, a certificate is not required. Your Norelia jewelry is covered by our 2-year warranty: simply keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Can I change the customization after placing the order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change. If production has not yet started, we will do our best to help you. Once customization has begun, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Will the jewelry be the same as in the photos?
