No, a certificate is not required. Your Norelia jewelry is covered by our 2-year warranty: simply keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Can I change the customization after placing the order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change. If production has not yet started, we will do our best to help you. Once customization has begun, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
